WP20 Series

The WP20 series from Weipu are a mixed metal and plastic connector with IP44 to IP55 protection making them ideal for indoor use. The Zinc Alloy panel mount connector, designed for cut-outs of 21mm, comes with a spring-hinged dust cap ensuring the contacts are safe even unmated and the two-hole flanged bezel guarantees a solid fastening to the panel. There are 4 different mating plugs to choose from 3 with bayonet locking and 1 which is held in place thanks to specially designed pins which interact with the spring-hinged dust cap on the panel mount side allowing for a faster disconnect. These plug options are either an IP55 plastic clamping nut designed for 4.5-7mm or 7-12mm cable outer diameters, a metal hose connector for 3/8” hose, a standard PVC sleeve for cables 3-6mm in diameter or the non-bayonet style plug with PVC sleeve for 3-6mm cable outer diameter. The WP20 connectors are available in solder, screw or crimp terminations with a choice of between 2 and 15 contacts. Electrically the connectors are rated to a maximum of 30A at 500V and the contacts are gold plated to provide a better electrical connection. The WP20 series with its robust metal and plastic housing, quick bayonet mating and high current ratings are ideal for applications such as Industrial Controls, Power Connections, Medical Devices, Testing and Instrumentation and LED Lighting.
