WA22 Series

The WA22 Series of waterproof connectors from Weipu are a robust and versatile solution for a variety of applications. Built from plastic, these connectors have an IP67 rating, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Their ruggedness ensures they can withstand harsh outdoor conditions, providing reliable performance in even the most demanding environments. Weipu’s WA22 Series offers two designs featuring either internal threading or external threading. This variety provides designers with greater flexibility in how they choose to mate their products. The series includes multiple mounting options such as 2-hole flanged panel mount, cable mount, short back shell cable mount, 90-degree cable mount, and in-line cable mount. These configurations allow for either cable-to-cable connections or cable-to-panel mount connections, with the option of male or female connectors at either end. Available in 3+PE (4 contacts) and 6+PE (7 contacts) variations, the 2-hole flanged panel mount connectors fit cut-outs of 22mm for the 3+PE connectors and 22.5mm for the 6+PE connectors. Standard cable mount connectors accept cable openings with outer diameters of 6.5mm, 8.5mm, or 10.5mm. Meanwhile, the short back shell and 90-degree cable mount connectors accept cables ranging from 4.5-7mm or 7-12mm in diameter. All connectors in the WA22 Series feature gold-plated contacts for enhanced conductivity. The 3+PE variants use screw termination, while the 6+PE variants are terminated by solder. Electrically, the 3+PE connectors are rated for up to 16A at 400VAC, whereas the 6+PE connectors are rated for up to 10A at 250VAC. Due to their rugged construction, IP67 rating, and diverse configurations, the Weipu WA22 Series is ideal for a wide range of industrial applications. These include power supply technology, off-highway vehicles, and measurement applications, making them a reliable choice for both indoor and outdoor use.
