Type 01

The Type 01 rotary selector switch from Elma is a precision selector switch offered in a choice of 6, 10 or 12 position variations. Designed with 3 microns of gold plating on the contacts the type 01 series’ is rated to a minimum of 25,000 switching cycles. Engineers also have a choice of either shorting or non-shorting variations and the option of 2, 4 or 6Ncm switching torques.

The type 01 series is also a rugged switch offering front panel sealing of up to IP68 and an operating temperature of -45°C to +85°C. The housing is fibre enforced plastic with Nickel Silver bushings and a stainless steel shaft. The shaft is available in diameters of 3mm, 4mm and 6mm in a variety of shaft lengths.
