Micro USB-B

The USB-B series of waterproof input/output connectors from GT Contact is engineered for durability in demanding environments, offering highly ruggedised performance with sealing to IP67 for thermoplastic models and IP68 for metal variants. Rear potting on all panel connectors ensures reliable protection, even when the connector is unmated or the sealing cap is not in place. Designed for versatility, these connectors feature either screw or bayonet-style coupling and fit panel cut-outs of 16mm, 20.75mm, or 25.5mm. Gold-plated contacts provide dependable signal integrity, while multiple termination options, including DIP pins and pre-wired configurations, allow for flexible integration. Panel connectors are also available with straight or 90° couplers in USB-A or USB-B formats, with both panel and plug styles offered pre-wired with either plug or socket terminations. A key strength of the USB-B series is its broad range of interface options. The series is available in USB-B and Mini USB-AB formats supporting USB 2.0, as well as Micro USB-B configurations for USB 3.0 applications.
